Damage or Defective items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please take a photo or video of the item and the packaging at the time of opening. 

Send your image/video along with your order details to tntscoops@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product. 

We will review the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund if applicable.
