What is a Lucky Scoop?

A Lucky Scoop is a mystery surprise package filled with a curated selection of small gifts and collectibles. Every scoop is packed blind — you won't know exactly what's inside until you open it, which is part of the fun.

How many items will I receive?

The number of surprises varies by the bundle you choose:

• 1 Lucky Scoop – 15 to 20 surprises
• 2 Lucky Scoops + 1 Extra Gift – 35 to 40 gifts
• 3 Lucky Scoops + 2 Extra Gifts – 55 to 60 gifts
• 4 Lucky Scoops + 3 Extra Gifts – 75 to 80 gifts

Orders typically fall within the stated count range for your bundle.

Why do the contents vary from order to order?

Lucky Scoops are mystery bundles by design. Items are selected from a rotating assortment, so no two scoops are identical. Exact characters, colors, and styles are not guaranteed and will differ between orders. This is intentional — every scoop is its own surprise.

Are the items authentic?

We do not make claims about the licensing or brand authorization of individual items included in Lucky Scoops. If authenticity is important to you, we recommend reviewing our product listings carefully and reaching out with any questions before purchasing.

What condition will my items arrive in?

Items are included as-is and may vary in presentation. Lucky Scoops are surprise bundles — individual item packaging, tags, or condition may vary. We do not guarantee mint or sealed condition on every piece.

Can I request specific characters or exclude items I already own?

We are unable to accept requests for specific characters, styles, or exclusions. Scoops are packed as mystery bundles and cannot be customized. Duplicates are possible, especially for larger bundles or repeat orders.

What if I receive a duplicate from a previous order?

Because items are selected from a rotating assortment, duplicates can happen — particularly if you've ordered before or purchased a larger bundle. We cannot guarantee unique items across multiple orders.

Will I see a Packing Video of my order?

Yes — Packing Videos are recorded for Lucky Scoop orders. Videos are typically posted 15 to 20 business days after your order ships. Please allow this window before reaching out about your video.

Are the unboxing videos I've seen real results?

Yes. Videos shared by TNT Scoops show real pack results from real orders. What you see in those videos reflects actual scoop contents — the variety, quantity, and assortment shown are genuine examples of what customers receive.

How long does processing take?

Orders are processed before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on order volume. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information and your Packing Video will follow within 15 to 20 business days of the ship date.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — TNT Scoops ships worldwide. Shipping times and rates vary by destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees charged by your country, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
